Magical! That is the first word that comes to mind after our experience with Michael Tappert and Upper West Exteriors.
Our older roof sprung a leak just days before we were to leave on a scheduled trip. Most likely because the rainy season had begun, the first three roofing companies we called never got back to us. So, we put a big bucket under the drip and hoped for the best.

While away, another family friend recommended Michael. We emailed through his website and, being a Sunday evening, figured we may hear back in a few days. Michael was in touch with us within the hour and arranged to drop by our house the next morning to give us an estimate. Based on what he sent us, we contracted with him by that evening and he scheduled us in – weather dependent.

Even with some unanticipated underlayment repairs neither of us had foreseen, the job was completed just EIGHT DAYS after our first contact. And his crew did the whole job in TEN HOURS!
We can honestly say, we have NEVER worked with a more responsive, responsible and top-notch contracting experience. From notifying the neighbors of the work ahead of time, to quality of installation, to clean up and care of our homesite, a real A+ job. And what a relief for him to do all this work with us out of town, keeping us updated every step of the way.

Our recommendation comes without hesitation or reservation.

Thank you, Michael!

I hired Upper West to help us with a roofing project, they were timely, communicative, knowledgeable and the price was right too. They worked with our schedule and got us what we needed at a time that worked for us.

I’d hire Mike and his team for a roofing or siding project again and again, highly recommend this company!

Love these guys! Season changes means busting out the routine maintenance checklist including gutter cleaning. I got on the schedule fast, they were there on time, and provided photos (I wasn’t home) of the completed work as well as a follow up report on a visual inspection of my roof. Will use Upper West Exteriors again!

Mike and his Team of Heroes, were exceptional. Great communication, when anyone is working on your house you want them to do well and be courteous and they were just that! Clean up was perfect! This owner is a shake your hand and ask how they can go an extra mile kind of guy. The team was smooth, fast and reliable. Thank you Upper West Exteriors for a job well done.
